Securityholder Communications

At GPT we are focused on reducing our carbon footprint whilst providing you with timely corporate updates and disclosures. Receiving your GPT Securityholder communications electronically is the most cost effective and efficient way of staying informed, and will assist with our commitment to environmentally sustainable practices. 

This section provides investors with information on how to review or update your current Securityholder communication preference.

How can I change to electronic communications? 

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to make the switch to electronic (paperless) communications and provide our Security Registry, Link Market Services, with your email address. You will need your portfolio log in details or your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN). If you would like to switch to electronic communications, log in and select Communications, click on Preferences and select ‘All communications electronically’. What elections can I make?

You have a choice for how certain GPT Securityholder communications are sent to you. 

Legislative changes made to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) effective from 1 April 2022 means there are new options for how GPT Securityholders receive communications. 

GPT will no longer send hard-copy Annual Reports or meeting documents unless a Securityholder requests a copy to be mailed. You will always be able to access and read our Annual Report or Notice of Meeting when it is published on the GPT website and the ASX market announcement platform. However you can also make ad hoc requests to receive documents in physical or electronic form by contacting Link Market Services by phone on +61 1800 025 095 or by email to gpt@linkmarketservices.com.au 

To review or update your current communication preference, simply log on to our Security Registry’s website with your portfolio login details or your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN), and select the Communications tab at the top of the page.
