GPT has partnered with a number of leading Australian universities for many years to offer rotational intern programs, which we continually review and refresh. At the moment GPT provides the following graduate programs:
- GPT Finance Graduate Program with the University of Technology Sydney for students of the Bachelor of Accounting degree. This program provides students with paid intern work experience during their studies and the potential opportunity to join GPT on a permanent basis when they have graduated which commences with two, one year rotations within different areas within our large finance team.
- GPT First Nations Scholarship Program with Western Sydney University to support First Nations students and communities. GPT provides $10,000 per annum scholarship for second year or third year students for the remainder of their degree course and the opportunity to undertake paid work experience throughout. This program is open to students of a broad range of disciplines and is tailored to the specific areas of study and interest of each recipient. There is also a potential opportunity for permanent employment at the end of the program.

We recognise that any recruitment process may present particular challenges, complexities or questions for diverse candidates. Those who may have specific concerns could include, but is not limited to, those living with disability who may require adjustments to the recruitment process, or members of the LGBTQIA+ community (such as gender diverse and transgender candidates who may wish to access our applicant guide here). We aim to provide support for candidates who may need it to ensure no-one is disadvantaged.
While there is no obligation to do so, we encourage anyone who has specific needs or requires adjustments to be made to the process to make that known to us on application.
