GPT Wholesale Office Fund

GWOF is an open-ended, unlisted wholesale property trust which provides wholesale investors with exposure to a diverse portfolio of prime-grade Australian office assets, located in the key central business districts of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The Fund was launched in July 2006 with a $2.2 billion portfolio of high quality office assets. Since inception, GWOF has progressively grown in diversity and scale and as at 31 December 2023, has ownership interests in 21 assets with a combined value of $9.3 billion. The fund has a liquidity review every ten years, with the next review due in 2026.

GWOF is rated A minus (stable) by Standard and Poors, with a prudent capital management approach, underpinned by net gearing of 20.5% at 31 December 2022.
