Martin has over 30 years of experience in the office sector, including funds management, investment, asset management, development, leasing and sustainability across roles in Sydney and London. He is responsible for the investment performance, asset management and development of GPT’s portfolio of Office assets, and also oversees the performance of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund.

Martin brings a strong track record of leadership in the commercial office sector, and was most recently the Fund Manager of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund since its inception. Prior to this, he worked at Knight Frank and has held senior roles in leasing and asset management across landmark office buildings. Martin holds a Bachelor of Urban Estate Surveying with Honours, and has also attended Harvard Business School for Executive Education.
