Martin is responsible for the investment, asset management and development of GPT’s portfolio of Office assets, and has oversight of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund.
Martin has 30 years of experience in the office sector including investment and asset management, leasing and sustainability.
Prior to becoming GPT’s Head of Office, Martin was Fund Manager of the GPT Wholesale Office Fund since inception which he grew to be the largest wholesale office fund in Australia. Before joining GPT in 2001, Martin worked at Knight Frank, Sydney where he was a director, responsible for the management and leasing of landmark Sydney office buildings and at Baker Harris Saunders in London.
