GPT is an active owner and manager of a $10.4 billion diversified portfolio of high quality Australian retail, office and logistics property assets and a Funds Management platform with $10.4 billion of property assets under management. The Group owns and manages some of Australia's most iconic real estate assets, including the MLC Centre and Australia Square in Sydney, Melbourne Central and Highpoint Shopping Centre in Melbourne and One One One Eagle Street in Brisbane.

Listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) since 1971, GPT is today one of Australia's largest diversified listed property groups and has a market capitalisation of approximately $9.7 billion. GPT is one of the top 50 listed stocks on the ASX by market capitalisation.

 


Retail

GPT is one of the largest owners, managers and developers of retail assets in Australia. GPT’s retail investments of $4.9 billion include a portfolio of assets held on the Group’s balance sheet and an investment in the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund (GWSCF), giving GPT exposure to 14 high quality shopping centres. The portfolio includes some of the best performing shopping centres in Australia, as evidenced by the high levels of productivity and occupancy.

Office

GPT's office portfolio is the highest quality of an Australian REIT and includes a number of iconic assets in Eastern Seaboard locations. GPT’s office investment of $4.0 billion consists of a portfolio of assets held on the Group’s balance sheet and an investment in the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF), giving GPT exposure to 23 Premium and A-Grade office buildings.

Logistics

GPT’s logistics portfolio consists of 31 high quality logistics and business park assets located across Australia’s Eastern Seaboard. The portfolio includes assets held on the Group’s balance sheet and an investment in the GPT Metro Office Fund (GMF).

Funds Management

The GPT Funds Management platform comprises two wholesale funds focused on the retail and office sectors, and one ASX listed AREIT focused on the metropolitan office sector. The GPT Wholesale Office Fund, The GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund and the ASX listed, GPT Metro Office Fund have a combined $10.4 billion of property assets under management.

Development is a core part of GPT’s business, adding value through improved income and increased fund management fees. GPT has $0.2 billion in development projects currently underway across the retail, office and logistics sectors, with a significant pipeline of future development opportunities on behalf of assets owned on balance sheet and in GPT’s funds.
