GPT partners with NAB to improve building performance

The GPT Wholesale Office Fund owned and The GPT Group managed 800-808 Bourke Street Docklands has improved its certified NABERS Energy rating from 4 Stars (base building) to 5 Stars. The achievement, of what is described as ‘excellent’ performance in the National Australian Built Environment Rating System, is a great demonstration of the value of a shared vision for the building between both GPT and the building’s major tenant, National Australia Bank (NAB).
